Help & Support
How can we help?
Read the setup guides, or reach the Inboxy team directly.
Orders and messages
Three WhatsApp services for your store’s customers. Each has one setup page in Inboxy.
Order confirmation on WhatsApp
Set up the WhatsApp message that asks a customer to confirm a new order, choose what each button does, and see what changes in your store.
Abandoned-cart reminders
Set up to three WhatsApp reminders for shoppers who leave checkout without buying: timing, an optional discount, the message, consent rules and how results are counted.
Order update messages
Tell customers on WhatsApp when an order ships, goes out for delivery, arrives, is cancelled or refunded, and ask for a review after delivery.
Connect your store
The connection steps and the permissions for each platform.
Connect your store to Inboxy
How Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce and Easy Orders connect to Inboxy, what you need for each, which permissions they use and what each store can do.
Connect a Shopify store
Install the Inboxy app on your Shopify store, which permissions it asks for and why, and what to do if the connection does not complete.
Connect a Salla store
Install the Inboxy app from the Salla App Store, which permissions it uses, how the connection code works and what to switch off in Salla to avoid duplicate messages.
Connect a Zid store
Connect your Zid store with a secure sign-in, what to expect on Zid’s approval screen, and what Inboxy can and cannot do on Zid today.
Connect a WooCommerce store
Download the Inboxy for WooCommerce plugin, install it, connect with one click, and learn what each plugin tab does and which permissions the connection creates.
Connect an Easy Orders store
Connect Easy Orders with a secure approval or an API key, what the approval screen lists, and what Inboxy can and cannot do on Easy Orders today.
Connect a WooCommerce store
- 1Download the Inboxy for WooCommerce plugin with the button above. In your WordPress dashboard open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file, then install and activate it.
- 2In your WordPress dashboard, open WooCommerce → “Inboxy”.
- 3Press “Connect with Inboxy”, sign in to your Inboxy account and approve the store. You come straight back, connected.
Before you start, and troubleshooting
- You need an Inboxy account with a WhatsApp Business number connected. WhatsApp is connected inside Inboxy, not inside WordPress.
- The first message a store sends a customer must use a template Meta has approved. Inboxy creates and submits it for you, but Meta's review can take from minutes to a day.
- If a test order sent nothing: open WooCommerce → “Inboxy” → “Order confirmation”. It shows the three conditions separately (store connected, WhatsApp channel connected, template approved), and “Send a test to my phone” reports WhatsApp’s own answer.
- Nothing is sent from your store until you connect the plugin.
