By using the Inboxy platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Inboxy is an omnichannel customer communication platform that enables businesses to manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and website chat in one unified inbox. The Service includes AI agents, automations, campaigns, and e-commerce integrations.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the Service in a way that could damage or disrupt infrastructure
5. Third-Party Platform Policies
When using the Service's integrations with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid), you also agree to comply with those platforms' terms and policies. Inboxy is not responsible for any changes to third-party platform policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Inboxy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written permission.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Prices and plans are available on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments for the current period are non-refundable after renewal.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inboxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
