Request Data Deletion

1. What Data We Store

When you use the Inboxy platform, we store the following types of data:

  • Messages: All conversations sent and received through connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, website widget)
  • Contacts: Contact information including names, phone numbers, emails, tags, and custom fields
  • Account Information: Your profile data, company information, and team member details
  • Channel Configurations: Integration credentials and settings for connected channels
  • Analytics: Usage data, performance metrics, and campaign reports

2. What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove the following data:

  • All conversation history and messages
  • Contacts and associated data
  • Channel configurations and credentials
  • AI agent data and knowledge bases
  • Campaign data and templates
  • Uploaded files and media
  • Automation rules and workflows

3. What We Retain

We may retain certain limited data even after a deletion request:

  • Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated statistical data that cannot be linked to your identity
  • Billing Records: Transaction and invoice records required for accounting and tax compliance
  • Legally Required Data: Any data we are legally obligated to retain under applicable laws

4. Timeframe

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verifying your identity and request. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.

5. Automatic Deletion

Some data is automatically deleted in the following cases:

  • Channel Disconnection: When you disconnect a channel, the associated credentials and settings are automatically deleted
  • Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all associated data is automatically deleted
